Why didn't my deposit limit reset?

Don’t worry; your deposit limit hasn’t disappeared!

The system works with a rolling 7-day period, not a fixed weekly reset.

Here’s how it works

Your deposit limit is calculated based on the last 7 days, not by calendar week.
That means:

  • Every time you make a deposit, the system looks back 7 days from that moment.

  • All deposits made in that 7-day window are counted.

  • Once a deposit becomes older than 7 days, it no longer counts — and your available limit automatically increases again.

Example

If you deposited €100 on Monday and €50 on Thursday,
you’ll be able to deposit again once 7 days have passed since each transaction.
So your limit doesn’t reset every Monday at midnight; it resets gradually, day by day.

Requesting a higher limit

If you request to raise your deposit limit above €200 per week,
your new limit will only take effect after 72 hours (3 days)
this delay is required by Belgian responsible gaming regulations,
giving you time to think it over before the change applies.

Why this system?

This “rolling limit” is part of Belgium’s responsible gaming rules, designed to help you play safely and in control.
You can check your current remaining limit anytime in your Cashier or Responsible Gaming page.

? Play smart. Stay in control. Enjoy responsibly.
