Why was my deposit declined?

If your deposit didn’t go through, don’t worry; there are a few common reasons:

  • Your bank may block payments to gaming sites (especially new or foreign cards).

  • Your daily spending limit may be reached.

  • Your card isn’t activated for online or gaming payments.

  • The amount is below €10, or the payment was cancelled by your bank.


Try again with another method such as Bancontact or Payconiq, or check your bank’s mobile app.
