You can collect your winnings in any official GoldenPalace Gaming Hall in Belgium.
When you make a payout request and select “Cash out in Gaming Hall” on your Cashier page, you’ll see a list of all the available halls where you can pick up your cash.
How it works
Go to “Cashier” → “Cash out in Gaming Hall” in your account.
Choose the Gaming Hall that’s most convenient for you.
Once your payout is processed, you’ll receive an email with a unique code.
Bring that code and your identity card to the chosen Gaming Hall to collect your cash.
Good to know
You can collect your money in any Gaming Hall shown on the list.
Each hall can only pay out with a valid code and your ID card.
