I can’t make a deposit; what should I do?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a deposit doesn’t go through; don’t worry, we’ll help you fix it quickly. 

There are a few common reasons why a payment might not work, and here’s what you can try:


Step 1: Check your payment method

  • Make sure your bank card or account has sufficient funds.

  • Check that your card allows online payments or gaming transactions (some banks block these by default).

  • If possible, try another card or deposit method (Bancontact, PayPal, HiPay, or online banking).


Step 2: Try again later

Sometimes your bank may temporarily block the transaction for security reasons.
Wait a few minutes, refresh the page, and try again; this often solves the issue.


Step 3: Check your account verification

If your account isn’t fully verified, some banks or payment providers may refuse deposits.
You can quickly verify your account via itsme® or by uploading your ID card under “My documents.”
