A game is stuck. I received an error message and cannot continue

If you experienced an issue to open a game, we would recommend trying with another internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Mozilla. 

If the issue is still present, please send an email to the support with the following information:


1/ The name of the game on which you experienced the issue

2/ A screenshot of the error message or the game itself

3/ The device used to play the game

4/ The internet browser used to play the game

5/ All other information which you think could be relevant to reproduce the error
