I cannot access the websites

Quick checks (most issues are solved here):

  1. Is your internet working? Try loading any news site.
    – Optional: run a quick speed test (e.g., fast.com).

  2. Use the official address: type goldenpalace.be directly in your address bar (not via old bookmarks).

  3. Try a private window: Open an Incognito/Private tab and try again.

  4. Switch device/network: Test on your phone (mobile data) or another Wi-Fi/network.

  5. Disable blockers/VPN: Turn off VPN, ad-blockers or parental/corporate filters that can block gaming sites.

  6. Update or change browser: Update your current browser or try Chrome / Firefox / Edge / Safari.

  7. Clear cache & cookies: Then restart the browser and retry.
