A game is stuck / shows an error; what should I do?

  1. No worries this is usually quick to fix.

    Quick fixes (try these first)

    1. Refresh & relaunch: Close the game tab, refresh the page, log out & back in.

    2. Try another game: If others work, it’s likely a temporary issue with that title.

    3. Private/Incognito mode: Bypass cached glitches.

    4. Update your browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari) and restart it.

    5. Clear site data for GoldenPalace (cache & cookies).

    6. Disable ad-/tracking-blockers for GoldenPalace; allow pop-ups & JavaScript.

    7. Turn off VPN/Proxy (Belgian license ► Belgian IP required).

    8. Switch network (Wi-Fi ↔ 4G/5G) or reboot your router.

    9. Check device time is correct (auto time on); ensure enough storage/battery.
