A game won’t open; what should I do?

No stress; most issues are quick to fix.


Quick fixes (try these first)

  1. Refresh & relog: Refresh the page, close the game tab, log out & back in.

  2. Try another game: If others work, it may be a temporary issue with that title.

  3. Switch network: Toggle Wi-Fi/4G/5G or restart your router.

  4. Try Private/Incognito mode to bypass cached glitches.


Browser & device checks

  • Update your browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari) to the latest version.

  • Clear site data for GoldenPalace (cache & cookies) and restart the browser.

  • Disable ad-blockers / tracking blockers on GoldenPalace (they can block game loads).

  • Allow pop-ups & JavaScript for our site.

  • Storage & battery: Ensure enough storage; disable extreme battery/data savers that can block game frameworks.


Still not working? We’ll fix it fast

Email support@goldenpalace.be with:

  • Date & time of the issue (and time zone)

  • Game title + provider (e.g., Pragmatic, Evolution)

  • Device & browser (e.g., iPhone 14 + Safari 17 / Windows 11 + Chrome 129)

  • Connection (Wi-Fi/4G/5G + ISP)

  • Screenshots or short screen recording of the error

  • Round ID / Game ID (if visible in game history)

  • Any error code/message and steps you tried

We’ll check logs, liaise with the game studio if needed, and get you playing again.
