If a game freezes, turns black, or doesn’t load, don’t worry; it’s usually easy to fix.

Try these quick steps:

  1. Refresh the page (F5 or reload).

  2. Clear cache & cookies in your browser.

  3. Update or change browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

  4. Disable VPN/ad-blockers, as they can block certain game elements.

  5. Switch device or network (test mobile data vs. Wi-Fi).

  6. Close background apps that may slow performance.

  7. Restart your device and try again.

  • The game name, device, browser, and time
