Our bookmakers calculate your bet as soon as they receive the official result from the competition organiser or data provider.
This ensures every result is verified and accurate before we settle your bet.
Typical processing times
Most bets are settled within a few minutes after the official result is confirmed.
Bets requiring a manual check (for example, multiple markets, combined bets, or events with video review) may take a few hours.
If an event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, we must wait for the official confirmation from the organiser.
Cancelled or postponed matches
If a match or event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours, that part of your bet will be void (cancelled).
Your bet slip will be recalculated automatically based on the remaining valid selections:
In single bets, your stake is refunded.
In combo bets, the cancelled event counts with odds of 1.00.
If you believe a bet should already be settled

Your Bet ID
The event name and date
The market type (e.g. Match Result, Over 2.5 Goals)
We’ll review the official data feed and update your bet as soon as the verified result is available.
