Before contacting us, please check the following:
Open your Wallet and review your Bet History to see if the bet has already been settled.
Check if the event may still be under review (for example, postponed match, VAR decision, or official result pending).
If everything seems settled and your balance has not been updated, please email support@goldenpalace.be with the following details:
Your Bet ID (found in your Wallet → Bets)
The event name and date
The market you played on (e.g. Match Result, Over/Under, Handicap)
Optional: a screenshot of your bet slip
Our Support Team will review your bet in detail with our bookmakers and data provider to confirm the outcome. If a correction is needed, we’ll update your account as soon as possible.
