If your bet or part of a combo bet is marked as VOID, it means that the event has been cancelled, postponed, or declared invalid by the competition organiser or our data provider.
This doesn’t mean your bet is lost — it simply means that the selection has been excluded from your bet and recalculated according to official rules.
Common reasons why a bet may be void
The match or event was cancelled or not played within 48 hours.
A player or team withdrew before the event started.
A technical issue or incorrect data feed made the bet invalid.
The event’s official result was declared void by the organiser.
A duplicate bet or invalid entry was detected by the system.
How it affects your payout
For single bets: your stake is refunded.
For combo bets: the voided event is settled with odds of 1.00, and your payout is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
If you’d like to know the exact reason why your bet was voided, send us an email at support@goldenpalace.be with your Bet ID.
