If you have been refused access to the Gaming Hall we advise you to ask to talk to the manager of the Gaming Hall. The manager will be able to inform you the reason why you are refused. If the manager is not available, please send an email with a copy of your identity card to our support and an explanation of what has been said to you when you wanted to visit one of our Gaming Halls.
Please make sure to also mention which Gaming Hall refused you the access. Our Customer Agent will verify the situation in detail and inform you why you have been refused access.
