After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Please contact us from the same email address linked to your account, and include:
A copy of your valid identity document (Belgian eID front and back, valid passport, or residence permit)
A clear selfie of you holding your ID, with both your face and the document clearly visible and readable
