Verifying your account is a mandatory step required by the Belgian Gaming Commission (Kansspelcommissie) to make sure every player enjoys a secure and responsible gaming experience.
Why do I need to verify my account?
Verification helps us confirm:
You are 21 years or older (the legal age to play in Belgium)
Your personal details are accurate and protected
You are not listed in EPIS (the official exclusion system for self-excluded or protected players)
These checks keep our platform safe, fair, and compliant for everyone.
Which documents can I use?
To verify your identity, please upload one of the following:
Your Belgian identity card (eID) – front and back
A valid passport (for non-Belgian residents)
A residence permit (for foreign players living in Belgium)
Unfortunately, a driving licence cannot be accepted, as it doesn’t include all the legal data required by the Belgian authorities.
How can I verify my account?
Go to your “My documents” section in your account.
Upload a clear photo or scan of your ID (both sides).
Make sure all four corners are visible, with no blur or flash.
You can also complete verification through itsme® if your device supports it — it’s quick, secure, and automatic!
How long does it take?
Most accounts are verified within a few minutes, but please allow up to one working day.
You can check your verification status anytime under “My documents.”
Can I play or withdraw before verification?
You can register and explore right away.
From 1 May 2025, your account must be verified before you can play, deposit, or withdraw.
For withdrawals, verification is always required.
Your privacy matters
All documents are treated confidentially and securely, in full respect of GDPR standards.
Sometimes, we might ask for extra documents (like proof of address or source of funds) — this is rare and only to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
