Can you block my account?

Absolutely ; at GoldenPalace, we believe that responsible gaming starts with control.

If you ever feel you need a break, you can block your account yourself directly through your player profile:

Go to your Responsible Gaming settings

Once you’re logged in, go to the “Responsible Gaming” section of your Profile and click on “Exclude myself”.
Your account will then be immediately blocked, and you won’t be able to log in or play during the exclusion period.

What happens next

  • The exclusion is temporary or permanent, depending on your choice.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is blocked.

  • You can always contact support@goldenpalace.be for guidance or emotional support resources.
