What tools does GoldenPalace offer to help me play responsibly?

We’ve built simple, effective tools to help you manage your activity safely:

  1. Deposit Limits; by default €200/week (regulated by law).

    • You can lower or request to increase your limit in your profile.

    • Requests to raise the limit take 72 hours to activate.

  2. Temporary Break (“Take a Break”) – pause for days, weeks, or months.

    • During this period, your account remains secure and locked.

  3. Self-Exclusion (6 Months) – complete block from all access.

    • You cannot reverse this until the exclusion expires.

  4. EPIS Exclusion – full exclusion via the Belgian Gaming Commission, applying to all operators nationwide.

Each option is available under “My Profile” → “Responsible Gaming”.
