Where can I get help?

If gaming ever stops being fun or feels stressful, please don’t face it alone.
In Belgium, you have access to free, confidential, and professional help, whether you want to talk, ask questions, or take a first step toward change.

Immediate, confidential help

Professional and in-person support

  • Local mental health centers (CGG / Centres de Santé Mentale) offer confidential help for gambling problems.

  • Your family doctor can refer you to specialized therapists or addiction units (often free or reimbursed).

  • Many municipalities have social services that can provide guidance.

Practical tools

  • Take the self-test on gokhulp.be to evaluate your gaming habits.

  • Use our site’s tools to set deposit limits, take a temporary break, or request self-exclusion.

  • You can also contact the Belgian Gaming Commission to block your access to all gaming operators through the EPIS register.

We’re here to help

GoldenPalace is not a medical service, but we’ll gladly help you find the right resources and understand your options (breaks, exclusion, limits).
You can always reach us at support@goldenpalace.be; your message will be treated confidentially and with care.

Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
The sooner you talk, the faster things can get better.
