How can I cancel a payout request?

Changed your mind? No problem; you can cancel a payout request as long as it hasn’t been processed yet.


How to cancel a payout request

  1. Log in to your GoldenPalace account.

  2. Go to your “Cashier” page.

  3. Under “Withdrawal History”, check your current payout requests.

  4. If the “Cancel” button is visible, click it to stop the withdrawal.

  5. The amount will be immediately credited back to your GoldenPalace balance, ready to use again.


When is it too late to cancel?

Once your payout has been approved or processed by our finance team, it can no longer be cancelled.
At that stage, the payment is already being securely transferred to your bank or prepared for collection in a Gaming Hall.

For security and compliance reasons (anti-money-laundering regulations), we can’t recall or reverse a transaction that’s already being processed.


Good to know

  • Payout requests are usually reviewed within 1–2 working days.

  • If you’ve just made a request and want to cancel, we recommend doing so as soon as possible.
