How can I upload my documents?

To upload your documents, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your GoldenPalace account.

2. Go to your “Account” section.

3. Select the tab “My documents”.

4. Click “Upload a document” and choose the file you wish to submit.

File requirements

• The file must be smaller than 20 MB.

• If your file is too large, try taking a new photo at a lower resolution or compressing the image.

Once your documents are received, our team will verify and validate your account as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation once your account has been approved.
