My files are too big. What can I do?

No stress!
If your photo or document is too big, here’s how to fix it quickly 

Easy solutions

1. Take a new photo with your phone.

   • Make sure the whole document is visible.

   • Try to take the photo in good light; no flash needed.

   • This usually makes the file much smaller!

2. Use a screenshot instead of a photo if it’s a digital file;  it’s always lighter.

3. If the file still doesn’t work, just email it to us at support@goldenpalace.be —
   we’ll take care of it for you right away.

Remember: each file must be smaller than 20 MB.
Once your file is a bit lighter, you can upload it easily in the “My documents” section of your account.

Your documents are always treated safely and confidentially; only used to verify your account.
