I made a deposit but the money isn’t on my player account

No stress; this can happen, and your money is never lost. Let’s fix it quickly.

Quick self-checks (usually solve it)

  1. Refresh & check “Deposit History” in your account (it can take a few minutes to appear).

  2. Bank/Method delay:

    • Bancontact / Payconiq / cards (Visa/Mastercard): usually instant, but your bank may need a few minutes.

    • Bank transfer: takes 1–3 working days.

  3. 3D Secure / app approval: confirm the payment in your banking app if asked.

  4. Card & limits: enough funds? card allows gaming/online payments? daily limit not reached?

  5. Verification: if your account isn’t fully verified, some payments may be declined.

If it’s still not there after 30–60 minutes (or after the expected transfer time), we’ll sort it out for you.

  • Username and deposit amount

  • Date & time of the attempt

  • Payment method (Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa/Mastercard, Paysafecard, bank transfer)

  • Bank reference (payment ID / ARN) or a screenshot of the successful payment

  • Last 4 digits of your card (if card deposit) ; please don’t send your full card number
