Can I access my friend’s or family member’s account?

No; you should never use someone else’s GoldenPalace account, even if that person is over 21. Each account is personal and must only be used by the registered player.

Why not?

  • It’s required by Belgian law and our licence: accounts must be linked to a verified, single person for reasons of security, anti-money-laundering (AML) and player protection.

  • Sharing logins puts the account owner at risk (financial loss, responsibility for gambling activity, and possible legal consequences).

  • It makes it impossible for us to verify identity, perform safe payouts or follow responsible-gaming measures.

What can you do instead?

  • Ask the person to create their own account at goldenpalace.be (quick and secure).

  • If they forgot their password, use the Forgot password link or ask them to contact support@goldenpalace.be; we’ll help them recover access after identity verification.

  • If they can’t manage their account (health, addiction, etc.), we can help: they can request self-exclusion, set limits, or ask our Support team for assistance. For problem-gambling support you can also consult gokhulp.be.

  • If you need to help them withdraw money: they must contact Support themselves or give you written, signed authorization; even then, payouts are only made after the account owner’s identity is verified.

If you see someone using another person’s account, please tell us; it helps protect players. Email security@goldenpalace.be.
