What does “VOID” mean on my bet slip?

When a bet or part of a combo bet is marked as VOID, it means that the event has been cancelled, postponed, or declared invalid by the competition organiser.

In this case, your bet is not lost; it’s simply recalculated as if that specific match never took place.

Here’s how it works:

  • In single bets: your stake is refunded.

  • In combo bets: the voided event is settled with odds of 1.00, and your payout is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.

Example:
You placed a 3-leg combo. One match was cancelled.
→ The cancelled match counts as 1.00, and your winnings are based on the 2 remaining matches.

Common reasons for a bet being voided:

  • The match was postponed or abandoned and not played within 48 hours.

  • A player withdrew before a tennis match began.

  • A race was cancelled or an athlete did not start.

  • A technical error caused the event to be declared invalid.

If you’re unsure why your bet shows as void, contact our support team at support@goldenpalace.be with your Bet ID and event details. We’ll gladly review it for you.
