Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal. Verify via itsme® or upload your ID in “My documents.”Bank details (IBAN & BIC)
Make sure your IBAN and BIC are correct and belong to an account in your own name (SEPA).
Don’t know them? Your banking app or bank can provide them.Name match
The account holder name must match your GoldenPalace profile. Mismatches are declined for your security.Amount & limits
Check the minimum withdrawal amount and any daily/weekly limits shown on the withdrawal page.Bonus/wagering
If you used a bonus, make sure all wagering requirements are met first.Open checks
Sometimes we need an extra KYC/AML check (e.g., proof of bank ownership). If so, we’ll notify you in your account or by email.
Bank details tips
IBAN = country code + numbers (e.g., BE…), visible in your bank app.
BIC (SWIFT) = your bank’s identifier (e.g., KREDBEBB).
