What happens if my account is inactive?

If you don’t log in or play for a long period (usually 12–18 months), your account may become dormant under Belgian regulations.
Don’t worry; we’ll always send you reminders before that happens.

During dormancy:

  • Your access may be limited for security reasons.

  • A small inactivity fee can apply (as allowed by law).

  • Bonuses and rewards may be paused.

To reactivate your account, simply log in again or contact support@goldenpalace.be — we’ll help you restore it in minutes.
