A lost bet and a void bet are not the same thing; and it’s important to know the difference.
A lost bet
A bet is considered lost when your prediction was incorrect.
The event took place normally, and the result went the other way.
Your stake is not refunded.
Example:
You bet on Team A to win.
Team B wins.
→ Your bet is lost.
A void bet
A bet (or part of it) is voided when the event was cancelled, postponed, or declared invalid.
It’s not your fault — it’s a neutral outcome.
You do not lose your money.
Example:
You bet on a tennis match, but one player withdrew before the start.
→ The bet is void, and your stake is refunded.
In combo bets
If one leg in a combo is void, that leg is settled with odds of 1.00, and the payout is recalculated on the remaining matches.
