My deposit doesn’t appear in my account

Don’t worry; sometimes payments take a few minutes to show.
This can happen if your bank or payment provider takes longer to confirm the transaction.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Wait a few minutes and refresh your Wallet.

  2. Check if the payment was deducted from your bank.

  3. Make sure you didn’t close the page before the confirmation message.

  4. If after 15–30 minutes the money still isn’t visible, please email support@goldenpalace.be with:

    • A proof of payment (screenshot or bank statement)

    • The date, time, and amount

    • The payment method used (Bancontact, Paysafecard, etc.)

Our team will verify your transaction and ensure your balance is updated as soon as possible.


Your money is safe and we’ll make sure it gets to your account.
