The Cash Out feature gives you more control over your bet — but it’s not always available.
There are several reasons why the button may be hidden or temporarily inactive.
1. The market is suspended or closed
If the event is in progress and something major happens (for example, a goal, penalty, red card, or end of match), the betting markets are suspended while the odds are recalculated.
During this time, Cash Out is disabled to protect all players from incorrect settlements.
2. The bet type doesn’t support Cash Out
Cash Out is only available for specific markets and bet types, such as live or pre-match single and combo bets.
It is not available for:
Free bets or bonus bets
System or multiway bets
Certain long-term bets (like “League Winner” or “Top Scorer”)
If a market supports Cash Out, you’ll see the Cash Out button on your bet slip.
3. Rapid or unstable odds changes
When odds move too quickly — for example during live play — Cash Out is temporarily hidden until the odds stabilise.
Once the market settles, the option usually reappears automatically.
4. Technical or data feed delays
Cash Out relies on live data from official providers.
If this data feed is interrupted or delayed, the function is paused for accuracy.
Your bet remains valid and will be settled automatically once the event result is confirmed.
What can you do?
Check back in a few moments — the option may return once the market stabilises.
Make sure you’re viewing your bet in your Wallet → Bets section.
If the Cash Out button never appeared for a specific bet, contact us.
Simply email support@goldenpalace.be with your Bet ID and event details.
Our team will check the data logs and confirm why Cash Out wasn’t available.
