To ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment, access to GoldenPalace Gaming Halls is regulated by Belgian law.

You can enter our Gaming Halls if you:

  • Are 21 years or older.

  • Present a valid identity document (Belgian eID, passport or residence permit).

  • Are not registered in the EPIS exclusion list (the national self-exclusion system).

Every visitor is automatically checked through the official EPIS database at entry; this process takes only a few seconds and ensures compliance with the law and player protection standards.

Visitors who do not meet these criteria will be refused entry.
Please note that driving licences are not valid for identity verification.

GoldenPalace Gaming Halls; secure, welcoming, and fully compliant with Belgian regulations.
