When is my account validated?

    • This includes a clear photo of your ID card (front and back) and a selfie holding your ID.

  2. Our Verification Team carefully checks that the information matches your profile and meets legal requirements.

  3. If everything is correct, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is fully verified and active.

You can follow your progress anytime in your “My Documents” section — it shows whether your files are pending, approved, or if more information is needed.
