How can I delete my GoldenPalace account permanently?

If you’d like to close your account, please send an email to support@goldenpalace.be from the same email address linked to your account.

Our team will verify your identity for security reasons before proceeding with the deletion.
This process ensures that only you can request changes to your account and that your personal data remains fully protected.

To verify your identity, please provide:

  1. One of the following valid documents:

    • Belgian identity card (eID) – front and back

    • Valid passport (for non-Belgian residents)

    • Residence permit (for foreign players living in Belgium)

    • Unfortunately, a driving licence cannot be accepted, as it does not contain all the legal information required by the Belgian authorities.

  2. A clear selfie holding your ID
    Please include a recent photo of yourself holding your ID card (front side visible).
    Your face and the document must both be clearly visible and readable – no filters, glare, or sunglasses.
    This step confirms that the document truly belongs to you and prevents identity misuse.

    Tip: stand in a well-lit area and hold your ID next to your face, similar to a video call, so both your face and ID are clear.

Once verified, your account will be securely closed.
Any remaining balance will be transferred to your registered bank account, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
