When is Cash Out suspended or unavailable during a live event?

Modified on Tue, 14 Oct at 1:40 PM

During live events, Cash Out availability can change at any time; depending on what’s happening in the match and the data we receive from official providers.
This ensures all bets are settled fairly and based on verified information.

Common reasons why Cash Out is temporarily suspended

  1. A key event occurs in the match

    • Goal, red card, penalty, or major game-changing event

    • During these moments, all markets are suspended until new odds are confirmed

  2. Video or referee review (VAR)

    • When a goal, penalty or foul is being reviewed, Cash Out is disabled until the official decision is made

  3. Live data or odds update delay

    • If the data feed is interrupted or slow, Cash Out is paused to prevent incorrect settlements

  4. End of match or market closure

    • Once the event ends, or if a market is officially closed, Cash Out is no longer available

  5. Rapid odds movements

    • If odds are changing too fast (for example during a fast counterattack), the system temporarily locks Cash Out until odds stabilise

What happens to my bet during suspension?

Your bet remains fully valid and active.
As soon as the event stabilises and the market reopens, Cash Out may become available again automatically.
If it doesn’t, your bet will be settled as normal once the official result is confirmed.

If you believe your Cash Out was unavailable for too long or at an incorrect time, please email support@goldenpalace.be with your Bet ID, event name and time — our team will review it for you.
