The Cash Out option lets you settle a bet early, but it’s not always available.
Here’s why it might not appear for your bet.
1. The event or market is no longer open
Cash Out is only available while the event is live or before it ends.
Once a market is suspended — for example, due to a goal, penalty, red card, or match end — Cash Out may be temporarily disabled or disappear completely.
2. The bet type doesn’t support Cash Out
Some markets and bet types don’t allow Cash Out, such as:
Free bets or bonus bets
System or multiway bets
Certain long-term bets (e.g. “League Winner”, “Top Scorer”)
You can always check if Cash Out is available when placing your bet — the Cash Out logo will appear next to eligible markets.
3. Technical or data feed interruptions
If live data from the organiser or our provider is delayed, Cash Out may be paused until the connection is stable again.
Your bet remains valid — it will be settled automatically once the event ends and results are confirmed.
4. Market conditions changed too quickly
If odds change while you try to Cash Out, the value may refresh or temporarily disappear.
This happens to protect you from settling at outdated odds.
If you believe Cash Out should have been available:
Please contact support@goldenpalace.be and include:
Your Bet ID
The event name and date
A short description of when you tried to Cash Out (e.g. before goal, during half-time)
Our team will check the data logs and explain exactly what happened.
Fair play. Full transparency. Always GoldenPalace.
